Under the Local Government (Town and Country Planning) Amendment Act, 1945 the Cumberland County Council was required to prepare and submit to the Minister a planning scheme in respect of all land within the county. These volumes contain the minutes of meetings of ordinary, special purpose and advisory committees, and reports. This series is continued in the State Planning Authority: Minutes and Reports, Mar 1964-Nov 1974 (NRS 13385, 11/15171-215). (11/15131-70). 40 vols.
