Inspire Download Service (predefined ATOM) for data set INSPIRE SL Land Use Building Plans St. Wendel

Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): This INSPIRE dataset contains transformed into the INSPIRE data model “Landuse” of the urban development plans of the district town of St. Wendel. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the Landuse (Planned Land Use) guideline in version 4.0. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning system. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from getFeature Requests to a WFS 1.1.0INSPIRE下载服务（预定义Atom）说明：本INSPIRE数据集收录了圣文德（St. Wendel）行政区城镇的城市发展规划，且该类规划已转换至INSPIRE土地利用（Landuse）数据模型。本次转换严格遵循版本4.0的土地利用（规划用地）指南。该发展规划包含城市规划体系内具有法律约束力的各项规定，原则上，城市发展规划应依托土地利用规划编制。——数据记录的下载链接将通过向WFS 1.1.0发起getFeature请求动态生成。
