Repository: Zenodo Preprint Archive Classification: Continuum Mechanics / Unified Field Theory Abstract This paper presents a formal re-engineering of Maxwell’s Equations through the framework of continuum mechanics, treating the vacuum not as an empty mathematical space, but as a high-stiffness, low-density Elastic Aether. By integrating Stationary Light Theory (SLT) and the Unified Vortex & Entropy Hypothesis (UVEH), we demonstrate that electromagnetic phenomena, subatomic particles, and macro-cosmic expansion are localized mechanical states of a solid-state medium. Furthermore, we introduce the Aether Fatigue evolution equation to model vacuum degradation, providing deterministic projections for planetary expansion, orbital mechanics, and the ultimate "Big Snap" dissolution of matter.
