Global biogeography of self- and abiotic-pollination: Drivers and impacts on angiosperm adaptations worldwide

The compressed file Pollination_Biogeography.zip contains the specified directories and relevant files detailed below: 1. WWF_ecoregions Biogeographic regionalization of the Earth's terrestrial biodiversity by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) (Olson et al., 2001). The terrestrial landscape is divided into fourteen distinct biomes, further subdivided into 827 ecoregions. 2. List_of_species A list of studied species in each biome and ecoregion. 3. Data_on_ecoregions The detailed data on PSP, PAP, and PAP&PSP species per ecoregion, which are used to draw the global distribution map of PSP, PAP, and PSP & PAP proportion, and to assess their correlation with eco-environmental variables. 4. Bootstrap_resampling To ensure the robustness of the analysis, we employed two bootstrap resampling methods, Method I and Method II (as detailed in the Methods), to generate 1000 new datasets. This folder includes the list of all sampled species along with the corresponding results of statistical analysis. 5. Future_climate Climate estimates for 2081-2100 from the UKESM1-0-LL model with a 30 arc-seconds resolution under four Shared Socio-economic Pathway (SSP) scenarios: SSP126, SSP245, SSP370, and SSP585. 6.
