Council_Contact_Details view

This item is a non-editable Hosted Feature Layer View created from the internal Council Contact Details table. Purpose & Architecture: Public Integration: Used by the public Council District web map and Instant App. An Arcade expression in the map dynamically joins this view's records to the TEBS-GIS Council District boundaries using the COUNCIL field. Security & Integrity: Editing is explicitly disabled on this view layer to protect underlying data integrity while allowing immediate public visibility of contact updates made by Council IT staff. Synchronized Updates: Changes made to the master editing table by Council IT staff automatically reflect through this view in real time.
