Ush is a transcriptional regulator of Drosophila hematopoiesis. In order to investigate the effects of acute depletion of Ush on the Drosophila transcriptome Ush was depleted using the GFP-Degron system. This work was done in Schneider 2 (S2) cells. After 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h cells were harvested for analysis in RNA Seq.
