Reference architecture for municipal management

The management reference architecture is an organisational independent tool that can be used for different uses in municipalities of all sizes. It can be used to describe the current state and target state of the activity as a whole or part of it, and to define a roadmap for development. In this case, the management and development of operations can be targeted and limited to an entity that can be managed from the perspective of change management (benefits, objectives, risks, specifications, implementation, implementation and consolidation).
