Appendix for Sustainable Development and Modern Customs: A Review on Customs Conventions of World Customs Organization

This appendix reviews and classifies the articles, chapters, and statements of customs convention, in details. This classification paves the way for proposing new subjects for the customs convention and amendments thereon in the future, to the World Customs Organization and the Customs Cooperation Council.本附录将对《海关公约》（customs convention）的条款、章节及相关表述展开详细梳理与分类。此项分类工作可为未来向世界海关组织（World Customs Organization）与海关合作理事会（Customs Cooperation Council）提出《海关公约》新增议题及相关修订草案铺平道路。
