Australian house sparrow PED file

This is the PED file for the SNP data used in Andrew et al. (title: Signatures of genetic adaptation to extremely varied Australian environments in introduced European house sparrows). This file includes the 162,299 SNPs after filtering, from the 200K SNP array. This file can be opened in PLINK and other programs with the associated MAP file.本文件为Andrew等人（研究论文标题：《引入欧洲家麻雀对澳大利亚极端多样环境的遗传适应特征》）所使用的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）数据对应的PED文件。该文件包含从200K SNP阵列中过滤后得到的162299个单核苷酸多态性位点，可与配套的MAP文件一同在PLINK及其他相关程序中打开。
