Credentialling a c-MYC-driven genetic neuroblastoma model

This project is to compare the transcriptomics of neuroblastomas and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors derived from transgenic Myc mouse models. Overall design: To investigate the gene expression profile difference between pancreas tumor and normal pancreas, normal pancreas and tumor RNA were isolated and RNA-seq was performed.
