Transcriptome analysis to explore the shared and distinct immune signature between severe COVID-19 and bacterial sepsis

To profile the landscape of circRNAs in neutrophils of COVID-19 and sepsis patients, we conducted comprehensive expression profiling analysis in a training cohort. Comparative circRNAs expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for neutrophils from four healthy donors,five critically ill patients with COVID-19 and ten bacterial sepsis patients.
