Ultra-deep mutational analysis of ALK kinase in primary anaplastic large cell lymphoma. NPM-ALK_mutations

We analyzed ALK kinase mutational status in 36 paediatric ALK-positive ALCL specimens at diagnosis, to identify point mutations and gene aberrations that could impact on NPM-ALK expression, activity and sensitivity to crizotinib. Mutations at low levels were detected, including missense substitutions R291Q and R335Q and splicing INDEL mutations.
