Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei strain:TH1 Genome sequencing and assembly

Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei is a member of the Enterocytozoonidae family. It is associated with Slow Growth Syndrome (SGS). The aim of this study was to use Illumina Miseq and PacBio technologies to sequence the nuclear genome of this parasite. This data could help steer research for the development of therapeutic strategies to combat disease caused by this parasite.
