Native ChIP-seq of H4R3me2s was performed in young-quiescent and senescent BJ fibroblasts that had been treated with control or JMJD6 targetting shRNA Bj fibroblasts lines stably expressing either non-silencing or JMJD6 targetting shRNAs were generated. These lines were harvested at young-quiescent or senescent cell stages, and native ChIPs against H4R3me2s were performed in each cell state/knockdown-line. Tag density of the H4R3me2s ChIP-seq data was compared between knockdown vs control lines, and between young and senescent cells.
