Wild introgression lines derived from Interspecific crosses between mega variety Oryza sativa cultivar Swarna and accessions of wild species Oryza nivara with significant difference for false smut resistance was subjected to QTL seq analysis to detect the genetic or sequence variations associated with phenotypic difference i.e. tolerance and susceptibility to false smut disease.
