<b>Project title</b>: PMACS-70<b>Grant Information:</b> AHA Grant 9TPA34910007, Regulatory role of pericardial macrophages in myocardial infarction<b>Project Description:</b>· Animal Model: Myocardial Infarction· Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks· Animal Sex: Male· Animal Strain: C57B6/J Lys^CreGATA6^fl/fl, GATA6^fl/fl WT-like or C57B6/J WT· Number: 14 Mice· Groups: 3 Lys^CreGATA6^fl/fl, 4 GATA6^fl/fl, all infarcted. 7 WT B6 mice receiving no surgery· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation.
