Comparison of the p-values according to Welch’s test.

While non irradiated probes show p-values much higher than 0.05, unmodified GNP and SmartFlare treated probes differ highly significantly (p<0.01) from corresponding control probes. P-values for measurement results comparing SmartFlares and unmodified GNPs treated probes are higher than 0.05. This table has to be seen in correlation to Fig 6.
