Brownfield Covenants, State 24/02/2023

The Flemish Government wishes to encourage and facilitate the redevelopment of abandoned business parks (so-called brownfields) by concluding covenants with project promoters and investors. In doing so, the Flemish Government aims to encourage them to reuse brownfields rather than cutting greenfields for the development of industrial activities, housing or recreation.弗拉芒政府（Flemish Government）旨在通过与项目承办方及投资者订立契约，鼓励并推动废弃商业园区（即所谓棕地（brownfields））的再开发。借此，弗拉芒政府希望引导相关方优先对棕地进行再利用，而非为开展工业活动、建设住宅或休闲设施而开垦绿地（greenfields）。
