Trees and taxonomic completeness matrices for the Triatomini biotic assembly in biogeographic transition zones of the New World

We provide the UCE taxonomic completeness matrices, the phylogenetic trees resulting from the ML analyses and the chronograms resulting from Beast.
For our work, we analyzed 70 published UCE data of 55 Triatomini terminals, which belong to 39 of its 113 described species. We built six UCE matrices with different levels of taxa completeness and conducted a partitioned ML analyses to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships within the group. We then estimated the divergence times of selected clades using one fossil calibration point. With the resulting chronogram we carried out a BBM analysis to estimate the ancestral range of the different clades. This was achieved by considering the distribution records of species and the biogeographic area they occupied.
