RNAseq of Marburg virus (MARV) replication and host gene expression following infection by MARV trVLPs

Transcriptomic analysis at 0, 24 and 72 hours post-infection of Huh7 cells expressing the Marburg virus (MARV) polymerase complex and infected with MARV transcription- and replication-competent virus-like particles (trVLPs) containing a polycistronic model MARV genomic RNA that encodes two reporter genes and the MARV VP40, GP and VP24 genes, recapitulating the major steps in the MARV replication cycle, including transcription of multiple viral genes.
