OMI Zones and Perimeters: 2006/1

The dataset displays the OMI Zones and Perimeters (Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare) concerning the Municipality of Milan. The six-monthly real estate quotations, managed by the Revenue Agency, identify, for each defined homogeneous territorial area (OMI area) a minimum/maximum range, per unit of area in euro per square meter. The information provided shall be the exclusive property of the Agency. The customer is not allowed to sell, rent, rent, transfer, transfer, transfer the contents of the Database or assume certain other obligations to third parties.
