Daily 4 km Gridded SWE and Snow Depth from Assimilated In-Situ and Modeled Data over the Conterminous US, Version 1

This data set provides daily 4 km snow water equivalent (SWE) and snow depth over the conterminous United States. It was developed at the University of Arizona (UA) under the support of the NASA MAP and SMAP Programs. The data were created by assimilating in-situ snow measurements from the National Resources Conservation Service's SNOTEL network and the National Weather Service's COOP network with modeled, gridded temperature and precipitation data from PRISM.本数据集提供美国本土地区每日4公里分辨率的雪水当量（snow water equivalent, SWE）与积雪深度数据。该数据集由亚利桑那大学（University of Arizona, UA）在美国国家航空航天局（National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA）的MAP计划与SMAP计划资助下开发完成。数据通过同化美国自然资源保护服务局SNOTEL网络、美国国家气象局COOP网络的原位积雪观测数据，并融合PRISM的网格化模拟气温与降水数据生成。
