This dataset includes raw phase stepping images and extracted transmission, phase-contrast and dark-field projections of a piece of pork in 70% ethanol (50 ml Falcon tube, submerged into a water container).
The data was acquired with an X-ray Talbot-Lau interferometer, located in the X-ray laboratory of the Department of Physics, University of Helsinki, Finland.
- Scan and system parameters are found inside "raw/params.txt" and "raw/scan.csv"
- "raw_ref" includes reference/flat-field images without the sample
- The raw .smv files have a datatype of uint16, with a 512 header, 864 rows and 1536 columns
- The processed projections are inside the "processed" folder in separate .h5 files for each tomographic angle
- Each hdf5 file has the datasets /T, /DPC, /P, /D; corresponding to the transmission, differential phase-contrast, phase-contrast, and dark-field signals
