DATASET <b>Prognostic significance of regulatory CD25+ T cells in bladder cancer: an immunohistochemical analysis</b><b>Regluatory Tcells infiltrate in bladder cancer</b>

In this study, we aimed to assess using immunohistochemistry (IHC) the density and distribution of T regulatory lymphocytes in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and secondly to analyze their prognostic value. It is an original article that focused on the potential role of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and especially regulatory T cells as a prognostic marker in urothelial carcinoma. This is significant because our results showed that all tumors were infiltrated with CD3+ CD25+ TILs, and that Tregs can be predictive of recurrence in UC of the bladder. C25 receptor could also be a promising potential target for precise medicine therapy in the future.
