NoVA Wetland Conservation Priority Atlas (Keystone GIS Day 60)

A synthesis of the Day 53 Wetland Development Pressure Atlas and the Day 58 Protected Lands Atlas: 2,781 NLCD-derived Northern Virginia wetland complexes classified by protection status against the PAD-US 4.1 footprint and ranked for land-trust acquisition priority. Only 24.6 percent are majority-protected; a Wetland Conservation Priority Index scores 1,377 unprotected High/Moderate-pressure complexes and DBSCAN groups the top sites into 28 acquisition target zones.Produced by the Keystone GIS Northern Virginia Autonomous GIS Research Program.
