Genetic mapping of Clementine

Genotyping by sequencing using ApekI enzyme was performed on a progeny between Citrus x aurantium var Clementina and C. australasica to establish high-density genetic map of clementine (C. x aurantium var clementina). It is part of a wider project of comparative genetic mapping in the Citrus genus.
