The digital terrain elevation model (DGM) describes the earth’s surface (natural soil, without vegetation) in the form of dots arranged in a regular grid and georeferenced in position and height. Additional terrain structures such as fracture lines, shape lines and distinctive individual points complement the regular elevation grid and provide detailed information on Austria’s topography. From the digital terrain height model, a grid with a selectable grid width is interpolated. This elevation grid is used to calculate orthophotos and for various forms of terrain representation.

数字地形高程模型(DGM)以规则网格排布的点集形式表征地球表面(原生裸土,无植被覆盖),并对点位与高程实施地理配准。诸如断裂线、地形轮廓线以及标志性独立点等附加地形结构,可对规则高程网格进行补充,为奥地利的地形地貌提供详尽的精细化信息。 基于该数字地形高程模型,可插值生成网格宽度可选的高程网格。此类高程网格可用于正射影像(Orthophoto)的制作,以及多种形式的地形可视化表达。
