资源简介:
Rhizosphere microorganisms are crucial for plant growth, development, and stress adaptation, with plant genotypes regulating rhizosphere microbial communities through multiple pathways. Tobacco, as an important cash crop, exhibits significant differences among various genotypes in terms of growth and disease resistance. However, research on the mechanisms by which genotypes shape rhizosphere microbial communities under floating seedling systems remains limited. In this study, three mainstream cultivated varieties, one local variety, and one wild variety were selected to analyze the dynamic changes and predict the functions of rhizosphere bacterial and fungal communities under floating seedling conditions. In Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, China, greenhouse floating seedling raising was carried out, and the soil in the floating seedling tray was as rhizosphere soil for subsequent sampling.
