Descriptive and comparative analysis of firm size and sector level financial metrices, capabilities, and expected annual impacts of climate physical risk on firms' balance sheet components: Evidence from 41 developing countries

This repository contains reconstructed dataset containing corporate and financial metrices, balance sheet components and expected impact of climate physical risk for different firm sizes in developing countries using the World Bank Enterprise Survey (WBES) data and the CLIMADA framework, and present a descriptive analysis of financial structures, financial performance, capability and financial access characteristics, and comparative analysis of how climate physical risks interact with firm size-sector level balance-sheet components across developing countries. I intend to use the reconstructed dataset and indicators for climate-related financial risk modelling and assessment in subsequent studies.
