DEGs in embryonic gonads after prenatal benzo[a]pyrene v oil vehicle and in vehicle embryonic testes v ovaries

Pregnant C57BL/6J mice were orally dosed with oil vehicle or 3.33 mg/kg-day BaP from E6.5-E11.5, and were euthanized on E13.5. Embryonic gonads were dissected from female and male embryos and processed for RNA-sequencing. The files show the top 1000 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) determined using GLM Likelihood Ratio (LR) test performed using EdgeR. Obtained p-values were corrected by the Benjamini-Hochberg method to obtain False Discovery Rate (FDR) p-values. Fold changes (FC) are log base2 transformed.Supplemental data 1 shows DEGs in BaP-exposed ovaries versus vehicle ovaries. Supplemental data 2 shows DEGs in BaP-exposed testes versus vehicle testes.
