Asylum applications and post-travelling; nationality, gender and age

This table contains data on the number of asylum applications and family members (followers) submitted per month, quarter and year, distinguished by the nationality, sex and age class of the asylum seeker and the applicant. In addition to the total number of requests, the numbers of first and subsequent requests are included. As of 2016, the first requests include relocation. Figures are available from January 2013. The figures shown concern asylum seekers who have been formally identified and registered. Status of the figures: The figures until 2022 are final. The 2023 figures are provisional. Amendments as of 27 October 2023: The preliminary figures for September 2023 and the 3 rd quarter of 2023 have been added. When will there be new figures?
