Levees

Levee data is required for any Preliminary or Final FIRM Database that includes levees, floodwalls or dikes that have been designed for flood control, including those portions that are closure structures, whether or not they have been demonstrated to meet the NFIP requirements in 44 CFR 65.10.凡包含为防洪设计的堤坝、防洪墙或堤防（含其中的封堵结构区段）的初步或最终洪水保险费率图（Flood Insurance Rate Map, FIRM）数据库，均需使用堤坝数据，无论这些设施是否已被证明符合44 CFR 65.10中规定的国家洪水保险计划（National Flood Insurance Program, NFIP）相关要求。
