Pectobacterium aroidearum PaNJAU2 is a streptomycin-resistant strain selected from samples of Pectobacteriums isolated from different hosts. It exhibits approximately 35-fold higher resistance to streptomycin compared to other streptomycin-sensitive strains. This study aims to analyze the genomic features of Pectobacterium aroidearum PaNJAU2 and preliminarily screen for streptomycin resistance genes, providing new insights into the study of streptomycin resistance in Pectobacterium.
