Genomic occupation profile of Mediator MED23 in 293T cells

We performed CUT&Tag experiments in MED23-HA and WT 293T cells to analyze the genomic occupation profiles for the Mediator MED23. Overall design: HA DNA sequence was inserted into the C-terminus of MED23 to generated MED23-HA 293T cell lines. Commercial CUT&Tag kit (Vazyme, #TD901-01) was used.
