The study aim to briefly profile miRNA expression differences in hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients, who underwent surgery and chemoradiotherapy, with different survival status. We applied Agilent microRNA microarray to FFPE samples from 8 patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Overall design: FFPE tissues from 8 patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma, who underwent surgery and chemoradiotherapy, were collected. The cohort were divided into 2 group as the survival status at the time of the research. Each group (survival group, labeled as L and death group, labeled as D) contained 4 patients.
