We present the genome assembly of a Pteromalidae wasp, <i>Pteromalus qinghaiensis</i>. Using PacBio and Illumina sequencing reads, we assembled the final genome of 360.6 Mb with 198 contigs, N50 length of 5.98 Mb, and the longest contig of 25.86 Mb. Our genome assembly shows high BUSCO completeness of 98.9%.
