T2 is a basic mast where ground surface temperature and air temperature (2 meter above ground) are measured. The mast was installed in October 2014. It is located on the top of Skarvefjeld (830 meter above sea level) in the western end of the mountain plateau. Rocks and boulders cover the ground surface. Time stamp refer to West Greenland Time (UTC-3). Similar masts are found at other altitudes covering a gradient from 0 to 830 m above sea level (T1-temperature_125m, T3-temperature_400m, T4-Temperature_1m).
