Although regulatory T (Treg) cells play a major role in suppressing mucosal inflammation, the signals controlling their mechanobiology and related migratory behaviour have not been explored yet. Here, we aimed to address the impact of IL-3 receptor signalling on the interplay of T cell mechanics and migration and its consequences for chronic intestinal inflammation. We explored various properties of Il3r-/- and Il3r+/+ cells. For transcriptomic analyses, RNA from unchallenged mouse Il3r-/- and Il3r+/+ thymocytes was used.
