This file contains the results from the viscoelastic fitting of the AFM force curves in a csv-format. The following parameters are noted:
'curve_index': index of each curve in each force map;
'sigma0': pre-stress;
'Ka': apparent compressibility modulus;
'beta': fluidity;
'region': 'rim' or 'inside', division of the cell into the two regions;
'image_no': number of the force map per stretching position;
'lin_strain': stretching position in x direction in %
'experiment_no': numbering of each experimental repetition;
'cellline': 'WT' or 'KO';
'area_strain': area strain in %.
