To elucidate if regulation of gene expression could be linked to chromatin organization and DNA folding, chromatin structure and DNA topology were investigated Overall design: ChIPSeq against H2AUb, H3K4me and H3K27me3 were conducted in simplicate in NM, and in duplicate in MP41 and MP46. ChIpSeq against H3K27Ac and CTCF, were conducted in duplicate in MP41 and MP46 to implement multiomics analysis.
