Particle flux data from a stochastic, Lagrangian aggregate model of sinking particles (SLAMS)

This dataset contains particle flux data (organic carbon, calcium carbonate, biogenic silica, sediments, and oil) simulated by the one-dimensional vertical Lagrangian aggregate model SLAMS (Stochastic Lagrangian Aggregate Model). Fortran source code necessary to reproduce modeled flux data is also included. The dataset supports the publication "Modeling marine-oil-snow formation and fate" (Jokulsdottir and Burd, submitted to Journal of Geophysical Research Oceans). Data and plotting scripts to reproduce manuscript figures are included.
