Colistin Data

Minimal anonymized dataset for the manuscript "Clinical Pharmacy–Led Colistin Optimization in Intensive Care Units". This repository contains the minimal anonymized dataset required to reproduce the analyses and results reported in the manuscript. All direct patient identifiers have been removed, and the dataset has been prepared in accordance with institutional ethical requirements and data protection principles. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, clinical variables, microbiological findings, colistin dosing information, pharmacist interventions, and clinical outcomes necessary to replicate the statistical analyses presented in the manuscript.
