Sticklebacks from two divergent populations (high resistance against S. solidus, HR, and low resistance against S. solidus, LR) were experimentally infected with the cestode Schistocephalus solidus and the eye fluke Diplostomum pseudospathaceum. The respective controls (sham-exposed; only exposed to S. solidus; only exposed to D. pseudspathaceum) were included. The data set includes all metadata from the experimental design (e.g. 'tank' and 'treatment'), the dissection data (e.g. organ weights) and gene expression data (log10-transformed CNRQs exported from qBase+ 3.0; Biogazelle; Hellemans et al., 2007).
