On the twopublicdatasets, the proposedECMCNet achievesmIoU, Sek, andFscd of 73.84%,87.47%, and24.12%,55.70%, and64.02%,87.04% respectively,having thebest performanceamong thesemeth ods. Although we have a larger computational cost and more parameterswith respect tomost comparedmethods, weachievesignificantperformanceimprovement.Specifically, we improve themIoU,Sek, andFscdby0.13%, 0.35%and 0.31%on the Second dataset compared to the second-best method, respectively. Similarly,we improve themIoU, Sek, andFscd by0.80%, 1.69%and0.43%on theLandsat-SCD datasetcomparedtothesecond-bestmethod, respectively.As aresultof theabovediscussion,wearguethat thecomplexity of ourmethodcanbe acceptable especiallyconsidering the significantperformanceimprovementgainsfromourmethod.
