Genome Sequencing Data from a Marine Microbial Genomics (MMG) Course

Data presented here are the result of an undergraduate Marine Microbial Genomics (MMG) laboratory course (BIOL567L) at San Diego State University (SDSU). The goal of this project is to expose undergraduate students to discovery-based research by isolating marine bacteria, sequencing and assembling their genomes, analyzing the genome content and reporting on their findings.
