Simulated data for manuscript "Unifying the statistical foundations of variant and methylation calling for enabling sequencing platform and calling scenario independence within Varlociraptor"

This dataset contains chromosome 21 alignments generated with bwa-meth (https://github.com/brentp/bwa-meth) from simulated sequencing data using Mason2 (https://github.com/seqan/seqan/tree/main/apps/mason2), together with the corresponding ground-truth file generated by Mason2. The dataset was used for the evaluation of methylation calling in this study.
