Transforming residual biomass into food and feed, towards an LCA optimization platform - Supporting data

This dataset gather the data collected and created to develop Chapter 3 and 4 of the PhD thesis entitled "Transforming residual biomass into food and feed, towards an LCA optimization platform". It includes the excel-based building blocks of the LCA model (eleven LCI modules + residual biomass potential dataset + deployment context modeling) and the data created by the LCA model used in the analysis and creation of figures and tables.
