Papilio polytes Genome sequencing. Papilio polytes

With the aim of investigating of sex-limited mimicry in Papilio polytes, genomic DNA from 30 lab-reared Papilio polytes individuals (15 polytes and 15 cyrus) was extracted. Illumina paired-end libraries were constructed using Illumina Truseq protocol and sequenced with an Illumina Hiseq 2000. Low quality data were filtered from the raw reads and only high quality reads were kept for downstream analyses.
