Rawdata of mRNAs microarray from 3 fresh lung cancer tissues and 3 fresh non-tumor tissues.

We performed mRNAss microarray to analyze the differential mRNAs expression profiles according to the recommended protocols. In the study presented here, fresh lung cancer tissue specimens and non-tumor lung tissue specimens were collected immediately after surgical resection. MRNAs microarray was performed according to the manufacturer’s guideline.
