Using MALDI-FTICR mass spectrometry to enhance ZooMS identifications of Pleistocene bone fragments showing variable collagen preservation
收藏资源简介:
This link supplements the paper "Using MALDI-FTICR mass spectrometry to enhance ZooMS identifications of Pleistocene bone fragments showing variable collagen preservation" published in Rapid Communication in Mass Spectrometry (RCMS). We analysed with ZooMS (Zooarchaeology by mass Spectrometry) 89 bone fragments from the site of Le Piage (Lot, France) to examine the potential of two mass analysers, TOF and FTICR, and addresses how they can be used to optimise the ZooMS workflow. This page contains mzXml files of the spectra obtained on a MALDI-TOF 5200 AB Sciex (Framingham, MA, USA) in the High School of Physics and Industrial Chemistry (ESPCI) in Paris (France) and .d files obtained on a Bruker 9.4 Tesla SolariX XR FTICR mass spectrometer controlled by ftmsControl software (equipped with a CombiSource and a ParaCell, Bruker Daltonics, Bremen, Germany) in the Miniaturization for Synthesis, Analysis and Proteomics unit (MSAP), University of Lille, France. The corresponding specimens are detailed in the Supplementary material 3 (SI 3 Database of all MALDI identifications and PMF), also published in RCMS.
